Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.

花蓮自由行補助 2人以上即可適用

【台灣醒報記者洪進安台北報導】花蓮自由行「3355旅宿活動」放寬限制，平日只要2人以上就能適用補助，4月16日上路。交通部長賀陳旦15日在立法院交通委員會表示，「3355旅宿活動」原限制3人以上出遊且要停留3天以上，現在放寬限制，平日只要2人以上不限3天都能適用，該方案將補助至6月底，原本規劃500萬元經費不足，將向行政院爭取經費，依申請的人數實際核發。

只要是在「3355旅宿活動」名單中的民宿，在實際入住後符合資格即可現場折抵房價，可每人每次補助500元住宿費。

立法委員鄭寶清強調，政府要增加花蓮觀光，卻又不開放載團體旅客的大客車行駛蘇花改，政策和說的話相反。交通部對此表示，對環評承諾小客車通行後要檢討3至6個月，但會以3個月為目標努力。

交通部長賀陳旦解釋說，面對長隧道內的混合車流，用路人及管理者都要一段時間熟悉，像是過去的八卦山、雪隧都是漸進開放，不宜用生命試做營運，不可能再提前，且現在的蘇花公路是通暢安全的。

2月6日花蓮強震影響花蓮觀光產業，觀光局長周永暉報告「花蓮0206震災後觀光振興政策」，為避免集中性大量旅遊以及實施一連串產業重建及復甦計畫，其中鼓勵民眾到花蓮自由行的「3355旅宿活動」，從3月6日起到6月底，3人以上、19人以下同行，住宿觀光局網站公告的花蓮地區旅宿業3天2夜以上者，每人最高可享新台幣500元住宿補助。

觀光局表示，「3355旅宿活動」有近800家旅宿業者配合，至14日止已有2665人申請，預估可帶動5401萬元產值，鼓勵旅行業組團前往花蓮已有30團申請，補助總預算1000萬元，以每團平均30人計算可補助1萬人次，旅費至少5489萬元，至少可達5倍以上的乘數結果。
